Hats off to the Cleveland Clinic for this video, created for their CEO's annual State of the Clinic address last month:

Having pop-up bubbles would make it so much easier to get up to speed on people's stories, right? Not just in hospitals but in congregations, classrooms, families, roadways? (Though also almost unbearably painful, too, I would guess.) ​Instead we get to muddle through, figuring it out as we go.
