I’m increasingly drawn to finding ways to of create community and build connection across differences. We moved back to our hometown of Logan Utah last year and feel passionate about getting out of our house (more importantly, getting our heads out of screen-life) and into our town.
I loved this little video about the Draw Together Strangers project by artist Wendy MacNaughton:
I love how it breaks down walls to be silly and un-adept with each other! But also how quickly the connection begins when we take the time to look and notice and to offer your face for the same vulnerable observation.
Now I want to set up a little table in our town and see what happens!
